How do I use the mouthwash correctly?

We recommend using the mouthwash twice daily after your ultrasonic teeth cleaning. Pour the undiluted mouthwash into the cap (15 ml per application). Rinse your mouth and throat for approximately 60 seconds. Then spit out the mouthwash. Caution: Do not swallow.

How long should you not drink anything after rinsing your mouth?

In order for the Emmi-Dent mouthwash to work properly, you should refrain from eating, drinking and smoking for approximately 30 minutes after use.
