Do you have questions about our products or want to track your order?

You can track your order directly in your customer account . There you'll also find your wish list and previous orders. If you don't have an account and order as a guest, you'll still receive emails with the tracking number and invoice as usual, so you'll always know when your package will arrive.

We are happy to assist you and provide you with personalized, comprehensive advice. Our team is comprised of experienced and professionally trained staff who are available to assist you in person, by phone, or via email. We are available Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. as your professional contact – regardless of whether you have questions about the emmi®NAIL product range, nail sculpting, or a specific nail art technique. We are happy to advise you on any project and assist you with our expertise.
