FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

Application:

  1. Prepare natural nails thoroughly
  2. Apply primer and let it air dry for about 2 minutes
  3. Now, using a special brush, massage a thin layer of the base gel into your natural nail and cure it for 120 seconds in your light curing unit. Make sure the gel doesn't come into contact with your cuticles or the edges of your nails.
  4. Now, using a builder gel, you can sculpt your buildup and let it harden. For beginners, we recommend sculpting your buildup in two or more steps (curing after each layer!). Let the UV gel flatten out toward the edges.
  5. Then remove the sweat layer (adhesive layer) with a cellulose pad soaked in cleaner .
  6. File your structure into shape with a 100/180 grit file and remove the filing dust.

➞ To strengthen your natural nails, you can now seal your nails with our sealing gel, cure it, and remove the sweat layer.

➞ For a full-coverage design , follow steps 1-6. Then apply the color gel and let it cure. For an intense color, apply a second layer of color gel and let it cure again. Now you can seal your nails with our sealing gel.

➞ For French nails , follow steps 1-6. Then, apply the French gel in a thin layer using a dotting tool or a French brush . Then, cure it. You can now seal your nails with our sealing gel, cure it, and remove the scum.

  • Your nails should be clean and dry before you begin. Remove any old nail polish and nail care products.
  • Gently push back the cuticles with a pro pusher or rosewood stick to achieve a clean finish and allow the gel to adhere well.
  • File your nails into the desired shape and make sure they are even.
  • Carefully mattify your nails with a buffer .

There are basically two options for this:

The simplest option is to extend your nails with nail tips .

For more experienced nail designers, the extension with a nail stencil suitable.

We all have cuticles on our hands and feet, and we usually only notice them when they bother us or hurt. But precisely because they are both sensitive and stable, we should pay special attention to them.

  • Why do cuticles form?
  • Why is the cuticle important?
  • What do I need to consider when removing it?

We answer these and other questions in our guide and give you a closer look at the topic of cuticles and nail care.
